Energy Balancing Session/Reiki

​Energy is universal, however we are each unique beings that radiate different energies. Certain energetic systems are used to create balance and harmony within ourselves. Our daily stresses of life can easily put us off balance. Allow for an hour or hour and a half session to focus on  these energetic channels to be reopened and realigned, through the use of the life force energy therapy called Reiki, as well as chakra balancing with sound therapy and stones

2 Hour (120 minutes) Traditional Thai Massage- $225

*Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient art form originating in Buddhist Temples used as an aid to assist monks in long meditation. Brought over from Indian to Thailand by Dr. Jivaka Kumar, Thai Massage has been used for over two thousand years to create awareness and wellness within the body through stretching and energetic lines that correlate to different functions and organs of the body. Traditional Thai massage is given on the floor with the client fully clothed. Deep and slow palming techniques as well as stretching techniques are administered. A session is a  minimum of two hours as this type of work is given at a medium to slow pace allowing for the clients body to fully receive the beauty and effectiveness that Thai Massage offers. Client should be able to get on and off the floor without any major complications or contraindicated conditions. Integrative Therapeutic Table Massage

An integration of different massage modalities, catered towards each individuals needs, includes: 

Slow and calming swedish strokes, stretching techniques, trigger point therapy, combined with KAM (Kinesthetic Awareness through Movement) allowing for the body to release its stress holdings and ease into a state of relaxation through the parasympatheic nervous system. A Deeper Application is applied for targeting specific adhesions and problematic areas of the body. Use of elbows and forearms will be used to apply the appropriate pressure to facilitate a deeper massage to access bound up muscle fibers.

Chair Massage 

Chair Massage is a fantastic way to relieve aches and pains on location or when a table is not able to fit into a smaller space. Please contact me for more information regarding special events or on in home chair massage.
